I am a Certified Grief Therapist and a Certified Master Clinical Hypnotherapist with a degree in Thanatology. My approach is to work with you on a holistic level integrating body, mind and spirit. I have been helping people heal and release emotions of grief for over 9 years. Grief is the emotion we feel whenever we experience loss. This can be from the death of a loved one, the loss of a job, our home, or a relationship.

I use Clinical Hypnotherapy in conjunction with counseling. Hypnotherapy can help you heal from past trauma and buried emotions. As your conscious mind steps back and allows your sub-conscious to move forward, you experience a heightened sense of awareness that allows you to heal on a very deep level.

Background:
I was born and grew up in Fresno, California. After graduating from high-school I attended Fresno City College. After getting married, I moved to San Jose, California, where I attended San Jose City College and studied Psychology.

I experienced loss at a very young age and as I sought help and began to heal through counseling and meditation, I knew that I wanted to help others heal from their emotional wounds. I earned my certification as a Grief Counselor through Canyon College then went on to Breyer State University to study Thanatology. I have also graduated from The Academy of Excellence where I became a Master Clinical Hypnotherapist and have studied under a spiritual teacher for 20 years learning yoga and meditation.

I’ve been married for 33 years and have two children and two grand-daughters.
