Dr. Stella A. Espinoza is a 1998 graduate of Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. She brings to her practice over 30 years of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse and 19 years as a Shiatsu Therapist. She holds a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degree certificate in Reiki and in 2005 became a Reiki Master, allowing her to teach Reiki classes.

Dr. Espinoza personalizes her patient’s treatment care plan specifically to meet their individual health needs. She focuses on patient education as an integral part of the wellness care. Dr. Espinoza works with her patients in order to help find the cause of their ailments. The therapies that are used affect Body, Mind and Spirit, allowing the body to begin to heal itself in a natural way.

Dr. Espinoza utilizes a variety of techniques to deliver the Chiropractic Adjustment. She uses Activator Methods®, (a gentle low force instrument) as the main Chiropractic method of adjusting. She also utilizes Thompson Drop technique and Diversified Technique.

Therapeutic techniques that Dr. Espinoza has been trained in and are utilized for treatments are: Bio-Kinetic body/brain balancing, Shiatsu therapy, area massage with Essential Oils, Trigger Point Therapy, Chakra Balancing, Meridian Therapy and Reiki Energy Work.
