The Vision of Wellness Connections is to create optimal health and wellness of mind, body, and spirit for all people of the Central Valley.

The Mission is to promote wellness for every individual in the Central Valley through a connected community of health care providers who educate people about wellness - what it is, methods to use, and practitioners who specialize in it.

Wellness Connections is a community association of holistic healthcare providers. Started in 2002 by a small group of 19, this group has grown to over 100 members who are dedicated to educating ourselves and the public about our wellness choices. We believe that if you do not know what your
choices are, you have no choice at all.

Our services and products encompass a wide range of healthcare and healing arts, offering holistic practices which focus on 1) personal management of one's health, 2) the body's ability to heal itself and 3) balancing the body, mind and spirit with the environment..

To accomplish our mission, Wellness Connections currently offers these resources:

• An Annual Resource Directory, published in the Spring
